Terms & Conditions

By completing this application you agree to the following:

  • Due to the limited number of aircrafts in fleet and the size of the Company itself, recruitment may be closed at Staff discretion;
  • You must be 18 years or older;
  • You must join our Discord server (click here);
  • You agree to complete at least 1 hour per month (Exceptions to this policy may be granted by previous communication to the staff and, if possible, pilots should provide an estimate of their time off);
  • You own a legal copy of MS Flight simulator 2020*;
  • You own a legal copy of Flight Sim Studio B727 Freighter addon;
  • You have at least 50 Flight Hours on VATSIM or IVAO (Please note, we fly on VATSIM only);
  • You must be a VATSIM member and operate company flights on VATSIM network;
  • You are required to comply with the VATSIM Code of Conduct;
  • You must have at least some basic English language skills, specifically the ability to read and comprehend Company manuals and to communicate using proper aviation phraseology;
  • A brief interview will be conducted via Discord to assess the candidate’s suitability and commitment;
  • Candidates must pass a basic aviation knowledge test with a minimum score of 80%;
  • You must have a valid email address;
  • You must comply with all Company Procedures as set out in our Manuals, including the use of our Fleet model, Company Liveries, Callsign and Flight numbers;
  • You must have, at least, a free SimBrief account; this is required for Flight Planning purposes;
  • It's Company policy to have all flights tracked by our vaBase ACARS and approved if a gross check confirms that data is acceptable for that flight; this is to avoid improper time building. Manual PIREPS are accepted after a thorough investigation and on a case-by-case basis only;
  • There is to be NO foul, vulgar, sexist, racist, or other foul remarks made by any of our members to anybody else, whether part of this virtual airline or not;


    • *(MSFS2024 will be allowed after thorough testing and when compatibility issues with our fleet addon will be solved; pilots will be advised when officially approved)

It may take up to 72 hours for your application to be approved. You will then be contacted by our staff in order to complete the Basic Aviation Knowledge test and, if succesful, we will arrange a Discord interview.
