	DELIVERY PILOT	Pilots who complete at least 1 delivery flight will receive the DELIVERY PILOT Award. (Delivery Flight = from storage/base to final base, including stops)
	STAFF PILOT	STAFF PILOT Award will be assigned to those pilots who accept to join the Staff team to help running the VA after management offer.
	UNITED NATIONS WFP OPS	From time to time, our VA operates in specific areas of the World under United Nations WFP (World Food Programme) temporary contracts. This Award is for those pilots completing at least 5 flights under this contract.
	LOYALTY AWARD	NIGHT AIR CARGO rewards pilots who have shown an extraordinary loyalty to our Company. This Award will be granted on a case-by-case basis.
